Sahil Khosla
Founder & Chief Solutions Engineer, Brysk Solutions
Sahil is a systems architect and operations consultant who leads BRYSK Solutions, a modern consulting firm that helps B2B organizations design internal tools, streamline workflows, and build operational systems that scale.
With a background in software engineering and over a decade of experience at companies like Deloitte, Expedia, and multiple early-stage startups, Sahil combines deep technical knowledge with a practical, business-first mindset. Since founding BRYSK in 2022, he’s worked with clients across industries - from security and compliance to travel, healthcare, and education.
Through BRYSK, Sahil has led the design and delivery of custom systems for companies like ADRM Security, Castle Hall Diligence, and St. Michael’s Hospital, helping them move away from fragmented tools and manual workflows toward scalable, structured operations. While automation plays a key role in many solutions, BRYSK’s work often involves a mix of architecture, process design, client portals, internal tools, and AI-enabled workflows and more. All tailored to how each team works.
Beyond consulting, Sahil is also an educator. He’s developed courses with O’Reilly Media, led live workshops for communities like Product HQ, NoCodeOps, and 100DaysOfNoCode, and founded NoCode University, an education platform that empowers builders to create systems using no-code, AI, and automation tools.
At his core, Sahil is focused on delivering clarity for clients by building systems that reduce friction, support growth, and keep operations running smoothly.
